Course description:
This is a work based qualification and is delivered in your workplace with visits from your assessor/trainer.

To achieve the qualification you must complete 3 mandatory units and 5 optional units.

Mandatory units:
1. Maintain a safe, secure and hygienic working environment
2. Contribute to effective team work
3. Give customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation

Qualifications:
SVQ / NVQ Level 1/2/3 : Level 2 certificate awarded by SQA
