Course description:
This course is delivered in your workplace with training and assessor visits. To gain the qualification you must complete the 4 mandatory units and 5 optional units (from a choice of 23).

Mandatory units:
1. Establish & develop working relationships
2. Support policies, procedures and practice to safeguard children & ensure their well-being
3. Support programmes for the promotion of children's development
4. Reflect on, review & develop own practice

Qualifications:
SVQ / NVQ Level 4/5 : Vocational qualification certidicate at Level 4 issued by SQA on completion of course

Entry requirements:
Candidates must be working with children at a senior level
