Children's Care, Learning and Development - SVQ Level 3

Course description:
This course is delivered in your workplace with training and assessor visits. It attracts Skillseeker funding for learners between the ages of 16-19 and can also be delivered privately. To gain the qualification you must complete the 5 mandatory units and 4 optional units (from a choice of 40).

Mandatory units:
1. Develop & promote positive relationships
2. Develop & maintain healthy, safe & secure environment for children
3. Promote children's development
4. Reflect on & develop practice
5. Protect & promote children's rights

Qualifications:
SVQ / NVQ Level 1/2/3

Entry requirements:
Candidates must be working with children
