Course description:
Stage 1 is suitable for those wishing to develop a basic ability to communicate with people who are hearing impaired by using Sign Language, e.g. members of families and friends of hearing impaired people, and also those working with the general public, e.g in shops, reception offices or public transport.
BSL101 - Introduction to British Sign Language
BSL102 - Conversational British Sign Language
BSL103 - British Sign Language at School, College or Work
Qualifications:
Company or Course Certificate / Diploma
: Level 1 Certificate in British Sign Language (BSL1)
Level 1 Certificate in Developing Awareness and Communication with Deaf and Deafblind People (DAC1)
Level 2 Certificate in British Sign Language (BSL2)
