Multi-media production - video and sound recording

Course description:
This very practical course enables the student to acquire skills in a range of media production techniques with particular reference to music recording, audio and video production

Course Content:

- Sound Recording
- Digital video techniques
- Filming
- Video editing
- Digital photography
- Photograph editing
- Internet research
- Video creation using:
- Transitions, effects, story board, titles, backgrounds and sound
- Graphics


This course can lead on to further study in this area.

For most of the course, Microsoft Windows Movie Maker is used.

Company or Course Certificate / Diploma

Entry requirements:
This course is aimed at those with a basic knowledge of computers, having used some application packages. There are no formal entry requirements, however an interest in sound recording and media should be demonstrated.
