A one day six hour course satisfying Food Safety Law requirements.

The course will cover:
- General Introduction
- Bacteria
- HACCP
- Food poisoning and food borne infections
- Preventing food poisoning
- Personal hygiene
- Food premises equipment and utensils
- Food pests
- Cleaning and disinfection
- Food hygiene law and hazard analysis

Qualifications:
Other Award Body : Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate
