Course description:
This course is delivered in your workplace with regular pre-arranged visits from your assessor/trainer.

The qualification consists of 8 units, 5 mandatory and 3 optional.

Mandatory units:
1. Supervise the work of staff
2. Establish and develop positive working relationships in hospitality
3. Contribute to the control of resources
4. Maintain the health, hygiene, safety and security of the working environment
5. Manage yourself

Qualifications:
SVQ / NVQ Level 1/2/3 : A level 3 SQA certificate will be awarded on completion of the qualification

Entry requirements:
Candidate must be working in the hospitality industry
