ILA Scotland aims to provide a service that is accessible to everyone.
You can request a translation of our application pack and welcome pack in audio (CD) format, Braille, large print format or in any of the following languages:
- Chinese (Cantonese)
- Gaelic
- Hindi
- Punjabi
- Urdu
- Polish
If you have a disability or any special requirements and would like additional help, please contact the ILA Scotland helpline free on 0808 100 1090 who will be able to assist.
The helpline number will automatically transfer to a textphone facility if required.
