Purchasing power

 

Apply for an individual learning account from ILA Scotland and get up to £200 towards learning.

 

On Friday 20th July, from 9am to 6pm, ILA Scotland’s advisers will be in Buchanan Galleries to provide advice and information on eligible courses from learning providers throughout Scotland. You will also get the chance to register for an application pack which will be posted out to you shortly after the event.

 

Learning can be the first step towards earning more money, a promotion at work, getting a job you want, or doing something you really enjoy.

STUC Conference

ILA Scotland recently attended the STUC Learning Conference which was held in the Dundee Hilton in November. The theme of the conference was “Unions Work for Learning” and it was aimed at Union Learning Representative’s and union members across Scotland who are interested in becoming involved in learning.

 

Those who attended the conference had the opportunity to participate in hands on workshops. One of these were run by ILA Scotland which encouraged Union Learning Representative’s to think about ways they could promote ILA Scotland to their colleagues in the workplace.
