9.1 When did ILA Scotland launch?
The first ILA Scotland offer was launched on 13 December 2004, offering learners who earn £15,000 or less £200 worth of learning.
The original ILA500 offer was launched at the end of June 2008 offering up to £500 towards part-time higher education courses.
