Operational Rules

 

The Operational Rules and Supplementary Guidance for Learning Providers documents are a guide to the ILA Scotland scheme.

 

The ILA200 Operational Rules apply to all learning providers who are registered with The Skills Development Scotland Co. Limited (SDS) to provide approved learning and claim ILA Scotland grants for people who qualify in the terms of the Scottish scheme.

 

If you are a college or university and are participating in the ILA500 scheme then the separate set of Operational Rules for this scheme will also apply to you.
