If you are interested in becoming an ILA Scotland registered provider and you have held one of the required quality standards for at least six months, you can download a copy of the application pack from this page.

You should read each document carefully before you start to complete the online versions of the Learning Provider Registration Agreement (LPRA) and the Learning Provider Payment Agreement (LPPA).
The LPRA and LPPA forms have been set up to allow you to enter text into the pre-defined fields. To move between these fields simply use the Tab key.
Once you have completed the LPRA and LPPA, print out two copies* of each one, sign and date both copies in the appropriate places and send them with the evidence required to support your application to:
