You can request an application pack by simply clicking Apply now or, if you prefer to speak to an adviser, you can call us free on 0808 100 1090 to request an Application Pack. 

Once you have received your application pack, read through it carefully and then complete the application form and get it back to us as soon as you can in the pre-paid envelope that will be supplied in the pack. 

What happens next?

£200 accounts

If you open a £200 account then once your account has been set up, we’ll send you a Welcome Pack to tell you more about how to use your account and the doors it can open for you.

Remember, before you book a course you must have received your ILA Scotland account card and account number which will be in the Welcome Pack we send to you.

£500 accounts

We will write to let you know if your application has been successful.  If your course is eligible for funding, we will send you an Award letter that you should take along to your college or university so that they know how much ILA Scotland will be contributing towards your course fees.  The maximum funding you will receive is £500 so if the cost of your course is more than this, you will need to pay the balance yourself.
